iOS 11 and the dock

iOS 11 and the dock

· Living & Working Remotely ·

When iOS 11 came out back in September, it opened a few new doors for enhancing workflow.

Since you can now bring up the dock on an iPad quickly, then it made sense to load more apps into the dock.

I thought I’d try this and found it was incredible for switching beween apps, I put my main apps in folders on the dock, and then I can quickly swipe up and open the app.

Yes, the dock gets a little more crowded, but being able to just swipe your finger and quickly choose an app without going back to the home screen makes working on an iPad so much easier.

I’ve been using this method for a few months now and wanted to finally share this little tip.
